After 4 days of putting in the order and being charged for the service I never got an update call. I had to call them everytime to find out no driver had picked up the vehicle. Keep in mind I am being charged 25.00 dollars a day storage while waiting and they were completely aware of this. I finally changed the destination address to a closer metro area thinking this would help and to my surprise received a voicemail that a driver had picked up the order but no confirmation could be given. Well today is the day for delivery and after calling them at 9am this morning they still cannot tell me if the vehicle has been picked up. I am making arrangements for a flatbed ow service to make the run at an emergency rate with 3 weeks, yes 21 x 25.00 late fee's oin my account.
I DO NOT suggest using these guys until they follow up on what they say they will do on their website, constant communication only exists if you make the calls. If you want to see my phone records and account info of the charged credit card please contact me. I do not believe in the slander of other business' as we are all in the together however when a company false advertises and costs a paying account several hundred dollars of lost revenue it should be reported.
