I would not advise anyone to use this company. They constantly make excuses. They don't abide by their contract and always blame it on something or someone else. They quote a bid and up the delivery price when they can't get a hauler to carry out the contract for their quoted price and you won't find out about it until it's at your door being delivered. I contacted Mike as I figured I would at least get my deposit back because of their failure to abide by the contract. He has every reason under the sun why I got more than I paid for, how I should have actually been charged more and was not. Actual Delivery charge should have been $750 COD but was $1100 COD. I actually saw the contract and the up charge came from Mayflower, not the contracted driver. Nothing good to say. They won't even return a phone call as requested. The contracted hauler from Arkansas was great. He expected nothing more than what Mayflower told him he was suppose to get, $1100.
