Terrible customer service and takes no responsibility

I am sharing my review with facts and dates so others will be aware of Marvel's ever changing "terms and conditions". Marvel apparently rebuts any bad reviews with lies (on Uship), so I decided to write a thorough Transport review. Hopefully this review helps the ones trying to decipher the truth from customer reviews and Marvel's responses. Marvel quoted me on Uship on 12/04/20. We paid for the shipment of our Ford 250 on 12/04/20 (see attached photo). Marvel said they would have a truck in the area within the next 5 business days (see attached photo of message). 5 Business days would have put the pick up on or before 12/11/20. After getting the run-around several times on the delay, Marvel finally had a driver scheduled for pickup for 12/14/20. We arranged for pickup on 12/14/20 with the dealership, and the dealership also spoke with Marvel to confirm the pickup time. The next day, 12/15/20, we reached out to the dealership to make sure everything went okay with pickup, and they informed us that Marvel was a "no show". Marvel never called us or communicated in any way to us or the dealership about not coming. They just bailed on the job and did not show up (see attached photo). Marvel once again gave us the run-around and assured us we would have our truck picked up right away. We waited for them for ANOTHER THREE DAYS after that, and we were still not receiving any communication or answers as to why the truck was still sitting at the dealership. We were completely fed up at their lack of communication and terrible customer service, so on 12/17/20, we cancelled the shipment (see attached photo). Now here is where it gets interesting. I left my honest review on Uship, and Marvel deflects from ALL of their mistakes and tries to shift the blame to the customer (see attached photo). They take zero responsibility for their pitiful customer service. Hopefully I will be able to upload all of our conversations with Marvel with this Transport review, so you can see for yourself why you should save yourself time and money and find a legitimate shipping company who can get the job done. *Side note, we immediately found another shipping company and they had the truck delivered to us within 4 days after contacting them. No excuse for Marvel.
