Stay away from this company. They are not a serious nor professional organization. I waited 3 weeks to have my vehicle picked up. They never showed up. I called them multiple times but always had to deal with a different person. The never even scheduled a pick-up date.
I wasted 3 weeks and accrued additional storage fees because they never picked up my vehicle.
I have never experienced such total lack of customer support or service. I wonder why they even bid on my car transportation. They didn't seem to have any interest in actually providing the service they quoted. Waste of time and money.
