I have been associated with the bidding and purchase of numerous vehicles in auctions throughout the United States, and although I am not a dealer, I do work for dealers who buy auction units. I have had no personal dealings with transporters, but because of my work as a buyer for out of state dealers, I have seen many transporters in operation. When my son found, and ultimately purchased a Ford Pickup from the Edmark Superstore in Boise, Idaho, I contacted one of my buyers for assistance in posting the truck for transport. I was extreemly pleased with the prompt reply from Michael of Mapletree. He picked up the truck within hours of learning of its availabliity, and was kind enough to keep me posted of his where-abouts as he traveled across country to deliver it to my front door. He arrived within one hour of his estimated time of arrival. He was polite, genuinely interested in doing his job well, and delivered the truck in excellent condition. I have nothing but praise for this operater, and the company he works for, and would gladly suggest to anyone that they consider using Mapletree for their transportation needs.
