I scheduled a vehicle shipment through Agape Auto Transport. Agape used Mapletree to perform the shipment. This review is of Mapletree, NOT Agape. I was very dissatisfied with Mapletree. Whenever I used Mapletree's contact phone # to check on vehicle status I always got voicemail for Andrew. I left messages, but never got a call back. I even talked to Mapletree's operator who told me that Andrew was the only person that could help me. The truck driver who picked up my vehicle had no clue how to get to my house or where he should meet me to pick up the vehicle. I realize that it should be a coordinated effort between the driver and customer to determine the best pickup spot, but the driver obviously did no preparation to get directions to my house. The driver couldn't even figure out the nearest interstate exit. The driver completely relied on me to tell him where to meet that would ensure he had a route that his truck could handle - I'm not an expert on his truck, he is, but he provided no input. When I didn't hear anything from Mapletree on the estimated day of delivery, I asked Agape to get a delivery status. Of course, Agape couldn't reach Andrew. So I didn't hear anything until I got a hold of the driver. The driver told me he had an emergency and had to move my vehicle to a different truck. The delivery was 30 hours later than estimated. However, the car was in the same condition as it was when it was picked up.

This happened shortly after my transition period when relocating to OK. My voicemail was left active in IN and I was unaware that any messages were being left for me there. Problem has been corrected and will not happen in the future.
