I started requesting auto transport quotes in July for an August Virginia to Washington cross country move. Moving is hard, especially during a pandemic, and time got away from me. Come November I still hadn't booked transport for my vehicle and was struggling without it. I was still receiving emails and texts from various transport companies so I copy/pasted an email and sent it to all of the companies - no less than 10 - that had previously reached out. The beginning of my email stated that I was still interested, needed an updated quote and that it had been an incredibly long 3 months without a vehicle. All companies responded but instead of only giving me the numbers and a generic email back like everyone else, Peter Lopez with M&M sympathized with how hard it must be to go months without a car and was personal and friendly in his response. I love solid people skills and I immediately knew this was the company I wanted to use. My car made it - we had a few hiccups with the actual transport company but Peter was continuously reassuring and helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of start to finish and was incredibly patient and nice throughout the entire process. Absolutely recommend M&M, especially if you're lucky enough to have Peter helping.
