April the owner promised one point of contact and times that were never met. Only when I threaten to go to another company they hurry to pickup the car.
On the way to California they never called to indicate the truck was on the shop and took them 1 week more than expected to deliver the car. When trying to call them to see what was happening they never returned my calls.
The car arrived in good condition but their planning and customer response are really poor, and when I indicated this was not acceptable their answer was that this is the norm of the industry so I had to go with the flow.
Never will use this company again.
