Jay gave great customer service in helping me have another option if the first company I used (Premium Auto Shipping—which is a horrible bait-and-switch broker—do not use them) did not come through. I would’ve much rather gone with Magic Trolley if I could’ve gotten out of my contract with the other company. Jay and Magic Trolley are top-notch!
