I was kinda late to find the auto transportation company. It was only less than a week before I left New York for Arizona. I was referred by my friend who had really good experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. So I called the company and the customer service representative was nice and patient. She gave me some useful advice. I decided to ship my car with Magic Carpet. It was not just one call. They are quick and following up constantly to make sure that the car got delivered. The scheduled pick up time was from June 1st to June 5 and so. While I was at the airport flying out to Arizona on June 1st, Magic Auto called me up and was discussing carrier with me. They found Wheels on Wheels to pick up my car in the parking lot in Upstate New York. However, the cost might go up $40. Before they finalized the pick up, they called me to discuss the potential extra charge. Due to the good customer service experience I had with them, I am completely OK with the extra $40. Several days later, they informed me of the payment, such as how much to pay for the driver. I got my car delivered three days in advance in a very good condition. The customer representative called me to follow up on the shipment.



In summary, I had a really good experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. If I have any one who wants to ship their car, I will definitely recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport to them.
