Customer service was good. The entire experience was mostly good. I say "mostly" because I was under the assumption that they would have been able to have my car picked up on the day specified, but this was not the case. I think there was some miscommunication when I arranged everything with Magic Carpet.
It would have been nice if I had the car sooner than 15 days after the stated first available pick-up date. I wouldn't fault this on the broker though, since I think this is the nature of the industry and sometimes unavoidable. So just keep that in mind regardless of which broker you use.
Like I said everything else was great, I plan to use them again in a couple of months.
