My father had left me his 69 Caddy when he had passed away and it was located in N.J. and I had it shipped to Tennessee where I live. The truck driver had no paper work and I had signed no paper work or recieved any in email other then a quote. My brother was concerned over handing over the keys to the car with no paper work so I called twice and received a message if it was concerning a shipment call another number which was a cell phone and I left a message. We finally let the truck driver take the car when we could not contact anyone and hope for the best.About three hours later I received a a twenty minute chew out call from Trevon saying" who in the hell is calling me and not leaving a message". My brother received the same type of call from Brandon. Brandon and Trevon treated my brother and myself very poorly over the phone, Trevon even chewed out my fron t counter employee over the phone before he had chewed me out on the phone.I originaly received a quote from Trevon who had passed it on to his brother Brandon when it was all said and done I had no idea which hateful brother I was dealing with. I would never use this company again.( I did get the paperwork that I had needed later that day in my email when the car was half way here).

There are many times when there is 3-4 people on the contact end of a shipping and Brandon and I work together that there is a mis communication. We do have a policy that we follow and rarely have bad reviews. I have had 6 bad reviews over a 2 year period. PERIOD. There is no excuse for you to be dissatisfied however I have talked to since then shipment and so has Brandon and you never mentioned that we were going to leave this kind of review. I will be diligently working with my future clients with respect and honestly just like I have been in the past.
