This is the first time that we ever had to transport a vehicle. The customer service team (Jennifer and Zanner) were great and my personal account manager, Crystal was outstanding!! This company can get the ball rolling fast and no half-stepping.

In a total of two (2) days, I had my vehicle at my home!!! The price was within the range of what we were going to pay ($600 to $800) and eliminated me from flying to NY from MI, getting a hotel room, renting a large enough vehicle and trying to figure out how to get it back with a trailer. Just the research itself was a headache.

I did go to one of the sites so a large number of companies to see if someone could get it me fast and without damage because our SUV was Inoperable..:(
