i believed both the broker and the transporter were honest and did their best to accommodate. The pickup was a day late but they gave me a reasonable explanation. Furthermore they would have come on the designed date had i wanted them to, but it would have been 2 AM, The drop-off went well although it was at nite. The price was slightly more than some but i went with the high rating. The transportor used a closed truck with a lift. There was no damage nor was the car dirty due to the closed truck. This was a very good move and i plan to use the broker again for my other moves coming up. Would def use again
