Response by Management: Mike, we are sorry you were not happy with your experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Our number 1 goal is to provide excellent 5 star service to every customer. You are correct in that time frames cannot be exact. Unfortunately the time it takes to assign a carrier is estimated based on the carriers availability and on routes similar to yours it can usually take 1-10 business days. Our dispatchers worked Vigorously on assigning the first available carrier for your route but unfortunately we were only allowed 5 days prior your cancellation. We wish you good luck in your transport.
