There was some trouble finding a carrrier to deliver to my area.It took 10 days before pickup. Once one was found the cost was higher but Red Carpet worked with the carrrier to bring it down some. Delivery was same day as pickup.They also did provide an enclosed trailer instead of the open trailer that was contracted. Contact person at Red Carpet was helpful and courtious.
