Contacting and speaking with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was very easy and accessible. I was informed about the entire process and all my questions were answered before I decided to sign up with their company. My assigned representative was very professional and responded to all my concerns in a timely manner. The cost to ship my vehicle from Ohio to Washington totaled $950 travelling on an open carrier.

The original pickup and delivery times did not go as smooth as agreed upon. The driver did not show up within my original scheduled timeframe, but was able to speak to the driver and set up a new pickup time the following day. Also, at the time of pickup the driver let me know my vehicle would be delivered in 5-6 days which was well before my arrival date in Washington. At the time of delivery my vehicle arrived earlier than my original quote for delivery, thus being offloaded and delivered by a different driver on a smaller flatbed towing truck.

My vehicle did change truck trailers at least once, even though I believe it was supposed to be a door to door service. My original driver arrived early to my destination when I was not available. Even despite the two different dispatch and delivery companies used to ship my vehicle I was able to receive my vehicle. I would recommend using Magic Carpet Auto Transport for your car transport needs. My representative was helpful throughout the entire process. Thank You.
