Over all service is considered good to excellent and the price for transporting vehicle was reasonable. Only one problem was encountered. This was with the arrival time of the vehicle at its destination point. There was no call or alert from the truck driver that the subject vehicle was enroute for delivery until he was setting down at the end of a street in the dark!! The time of this call was at 230 AM. He stated the vehicle was down the street in the dark and he couldn't find the house. All of the streets in the area has bright street lights. Why he was setting in the dark and down the street is still a mystery. When the driver was told the vehicle could not be received at that hour he appeared to get very upset. 730AM same day, the vehicle was received, the vehicle was inspected and the driver was paid.
