Magic Carpet Auto Transport was a fantastic company to go through for my transportation needs. It was my first time using a transportation service and I was a bit nervous at first, especially because I did not handle all of the coordinating and scheduling with the company personally (my father-in-law did). However, when I had questions or concerns about when my vehicle would be picked up or what the estimated delivery date was I just called Shelia Paquette and she was always so cheerful, friendly, honest, and helpful in clearly explaining the processes. Due to the small town location of where the truck was being picked up (at my father-in-law’s) it did take the longer portion of the estimated time-frame given for pick-up. The friendly and honest service provided by Sheila, who also stayed on top of my order, made me feel like I was a very important customer. My driver’s name was Daryl. He, too, was also very friendly and informative when it came to the delivery. I received a phone call the morning of the delivery telling me his approximate arrival time, and then another one about 1 hour before he arrived. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac and offered to meet him at the entrance to my neighborhood, if that was easier for him, but he said that he’d be able to bring his truck down my street. I peeked out the window when I heard his truck, and sure enough- not only did he make it, he parked my vehicle in my driveway! Daryl was friendly and courteous both on the phone and in person. The total cost of this transport was $735 and from pick-up to delivery was only 4 days. Being able to pay part up front and the remainder at the delivery was helpful too. If I ever need a vehicle transported again, I’ll definitely choose Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Customer service is extremely important to me, and I received awesome service from them!
