I had never done this before. From the first contact everything was explained to me as to how the process worked and they were brokers that only used established, insured and verifiably experienced independent vehicle haulers. My vehicle was non-operable so they said they would have a properly equiped hauler do the pick-up and there would be an extra charge for the non-op. They would not be collecting any deposit from me until my vehicle was scheduled to be picked up and normally that would be close to the pick-up date if not on the date. I found their price to be considerably less then two other on-line quotes. I was surprised at the significant difference. I was refered to them by my brother whose friend buys and sells classic cars and has used them often. The hauler called me in-route and was exactly on time at the drop point. My truck arrived in perfect condition. I cosider the rebate as compensation for my time to fill out this review. It was made clear to me that my comments or experience would not have any effect as to receiving the rebate. I felt I needed to include this comment so my review would be properly interpreted. I was very pleased with Magic Carpet.
