First time using a broker for car transport. In the end, I would recommend contracting a driver or transport company directly because I'm not sure of the benefit of the broker. It seems like one more layer of administration / money that isn't necessary. Trevon was pleasant enough but not as communicative during pickup / dropoff days as he suggested. In fact, I'm not sure he knew what was going on with our transport. In the end, we worked out the details with our driver, which was easier than going through Trevon. But our car arrived unscathed and in one week's time, which was the goal, so we are overall satisfied.

Wow...I had no idea that you were not satisfied with our service. I explained that I was having surgery and that I could be reached but would not be in the office however the would be available for support. Transporting to and from a grocery store because you did not have a residence is really difficult. Best wishes, I'm glad we did this this done safe and without any issues. Trevon 503-855-3666
