I originally made my decision on which transport company to use by checking the Better Business Bureau and this review site. It turned out to be great choice. Chrystal scheduled the pick-up for the exact day I requested and the delivery was right on time. The original carrier that was arranged to pick up the car had to be changed the day before the scheduled pick up day because of a break down, but Chrystal handled the situation perfectly and found another carrier and notified me immediatley about the change. The pick-up day was still on schedule as promised. The price was the most reasonable one too, from all the quotes I received from other company's.
