I placed an order a month in advance, thinking allowing more time will give me a better chance to locate a carrier/driver. I didn't get any update, so I called my agent up and asked. So less than 2 days before my requested ship date, Michelle was still unable to locate any carrier. Because I had specific time frames for my move, so I said I COULD pay a little bit more as an incentive for a pick up. Within the same day, Michelle found a driver who would pick up my vehicle! The transport was on schedule. However, the vehicle was kind of dirty (possibly due to the fact that it was transported via open carriers). Drivers were friendly. Overall, they got the job done.
