The moving from the East Coast to the West Coast was a daunting project for our family. However, we found the Magic Carpet through the Internet, and after we investigated the few comments from users, we decided to call them for a quote. We had no prior experience of transporting cars, yet Michelle at the Magic Carpet was kind enough to tell us about the system. The other concern for us was the tight schedule. Michelle properly arranged the pick-up date as we hoped, and she gave us a call on the date of picking-up for follow-up. The actual picking-up and delivering process was also very smooth and we are truly satisfied with the service from Magic Carpet.
