The truck driver who picked up my car was very courteous and picked up the car within two days of my placing the order. The only problems with the move was that while the driver (Element Auto Transport) called my daughter (who the car was being shipped to) a day before the scheduled delivery date to notify her of the delivery the following day, he never called back to notify her that he was going to miss the date and he didn't end up delivering the vehicle until four days after the due date. During this time I was of course thinking the worst about the whereabouts of the car. Finally it was delivered and all was well but his lack of followup to say he was going to be four days late was inexcusable.
