Allen i'm sorry you feel that you did not recieve 5 star service from us. You placed your order on june 30th. You opted for the 72 hour expidted service which cost 300 more. You were quoted at 950. We put the order at 1250 with the expidited srvce. I explained to you that this service may be affected by the holiday weekend. This service is 3 buisness days. Days in which we can look for carriers and direct them to you. This gaves us thursday the 1st, friday the 2nd, and monday the 5th. On the 5th we found a driver, but he would not be in the area untill the following day. The carrier only called on the load becuase of the price. ME to NE is verry uncommon route we were lucky to find soemone so quickly even given the expidited rate. It was your choice to go ahead with this pick up.
