Shelia had given me a quote on line and had followed up just like 10 of 20 quotes I got. While I was talking to her I got another quote for a different price due to a system problem. She went ahead and honored the lower of the quotes. She did follow up on the estimated p/u date and also on the deliverery date to see what contact had been made with the actual driver which she supplied in the phone call after filling out the contract. She was helpfull and courteous. She did make things easy and uncomplicated. I would rate her service above average.
