I needed my car in a timely fashion, and Magic Carpet Auto Transport delivered. The pickup and drop off turnaround time was phenomenal. My cost only increased by around $100 from the original quote to expedite the process. There was no damage or lost/stolen property from the car. Quick & easy! Very little worry or concern, a very smooth transaction. Customer Service was helpful with all of my questions and quick with their correspondence. I was overcharged initially, but Kathy contacted accounting and I was reimbursed via check. The carrier (L.I.T. Express) called 24 hours before the pick up and before the drop off and the driver called several times to let me know of a small window when he would be there. He was actually a few hours early. Thankfully a wonderful experience, would use them again if I ever needed to ship a car. Now, to get used to driving in Los Angeles, that's another story all together!
