John was excellent to work with...very knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiry. I have used two other shippers for the same vehicle in the past 8 years, and I was VERY skeptical of the entire industry after the previous two experiences. Even while working with John, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, but Magic Carpet followed through to the very end. I was always able to reach someone in person, and when I did have a concern about one issue, John was very quick to respond to my request for clarification. Overall a great experience with a reputable company in an industry that is full of crooks and fly-by-night companies. Choose wisely when considering your transport company...I made my decision based upon the reviews I saw on this website.
