After contacting several auto transport companies to ship my car from Wyoming to Virginia, it seemed like the only company that truly wanted my business was Magic Carpet. Hillary explained to me that Wyoming is one of the most difficult states to get a truck out to, but that she was going to work to make it happen. We were on the phone for about 15 minutes discussing various shipping options and prices - in contrast, the other companies I called gave me a price and a quick 'thank you, bye' on the phone.

When I finally decided on Magic Carpet, I placed the order with Hillary and waited a few days. When I hadn't heard back about a week later, I called and apparently there had been a bit of miscommunication on one of our parts, because Hillary wasn't aware that I would need my car to be in Virginia by April 30th. Once she knew that, a truck was assigned to my car within three hours and picked up the very next day (even if the driver wanted an additional $80 to pick it up). My car made it there on April 26, four days before I needed it, which made me very happy. All in all, it was a good experience.
