I would definitely recommend using Magic Carpet again. I had to ship my car from California to Virginia because I moved out of the country. This meant leaving my car at a friend's house and shipping it to my parents. John was great at coordinating with my friend and parents while I was basically un-reachable. He kept in touch with both of them while I was gone and was terrific at coordinating the delivery. The carrier was a bit late (by a few days) and had some trouble scheduling the drop-off and John was there to facilitate a three-way call with my parents to arrange an acceptable location for them to pick up my car. It was nice to know that while I am out of the country, and basically out of the loop, that my car was going to get where it needed to be. Thanks very much for all your help John! I would definitely recommend using Magic Carpet again in the future.
