We called for shipment on Tuesday and within that same day we had a carrier available to pick up our car Wednesday the very next day. We had communication with the driver and the owner of the shipping company before the pick up. I had also paid cash in advance and had no worries about doing it. Our driver was friendly and understanding, enjoyed working with magic carpet!
