I changed my pickup date and there was no hassle. I even changed the credit card that I had originally given them and they still didn't make a fuss. Even when I was almost going to go with another carrier, they told me there would be no cancellation charge, as long as my carrier hadn't already been booked. The only downside to Magic Carpet is that it would have cost me less to find my own carrier, but the hassle of finding reliable carriers would not have been worth it, on top of all the stress from my move.
