Kathy called me and she said she finally got the truck but I had to ADD additional $50 from the original quote ($1015) otherwise I had to wait for another days for a car to be pick up. $ 50 is not much but it looked like the truck company suddenly had increased the fee. When the car arrived in Phila, the driver did not call me one day before as they promised. I did not know what time the car will arrive. Suddenly I got a call from the driver one hour before it arrived in Phila. Fortunately for me that I had COD prepared in my bag, so I was able to pick up my car when I was out from my office at 11 am. (There's snow in Philadelphia and the the driver couldn't drop the car right at my house. We arranged to meet in Ikea big parking lot) Car is in good condition. The driver is nice too. Overall I am satisfied with the service and will use Magic Carpet again in the future.
