Due to heavier than normal volume from Virginia to California, I had to increase the bid the get a trucking company to take my vehicle. This possibility was not made clear to me until after it became apparent that no companies were interested in hauling my truck. The Magic Carpet representative suggested an increased amount (bid) that would get the interest of a transport company. That worked, and the next day I had a time scheduled for the truck to be picked up.
