Great service by Stephanie. She made sure our new escalade would arrive before we left out of town for several days. I turned to them after the company " I hate auto shipping" completely dropped the ball and couldn't get our car picked up. I am very glad I did. She was very responsive and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. Overall, very pleased and would use the service again.
