Trevon was proactive throughout the process and was on top of things. He provided me with the driver's contact information prior to the date of the move.

On the date of the move, the driver called me to schedule the pick up time. Instead of showing up around 5 PM he finally arrived at 9 PM (claimed he was held up in peak hour LA traffic!!). They were courteous and did an efficient job of loading the car on the truck.

They called me on the scheduled delivery date and we arranged to have the car dropped off at my place. Again, they showed up a few hours later than originally planned but it wasn't a big deal.

Overall, a positive experience and I would recommend using Magic Carpet! Thanks Trevon for a smooth and efficient transaction.
