It is important to note that the review above is only for the booking agent, Magic Carpet. They were great and Cathy helped coordinate everything! I would use their service again!

The written review that follows is for Overnight Auto Transport or Overnight Transport (they use two names) out of Manassas, Virginia. I did not have any issues with Magic Carpet or Madsen (who shipped my vehicle from Hawaii to the west coast). However, the trucking company that took my vehicle from California to Virginia was not reliable at all. The pickup was delayed, driver was "unexpectedly delayed" in California after pickup and continued to have "delays" as he crossed the country. Every estimate I was given was not accurate regarding delivery. Additionally, the driver never contacted me on his own to provide updates. I continually called Magic Carpet, who called the driver...he did not respond to them either. It was not until I located the number to the company myself and talked to the dispatch manager to complain, did I finally rcv a return phone call from the driver. This was after the approximate 4th day of delay. Finally, I was told my car would arrive at 5pm...however, it was not dropped off until after midnight that day. The car was covered in dirt and mud and due to the darkness, I was unable to properly inspect the car until the morning after a wash. Needless to say, there was damage too.

Bottom line, use Magic Carpet to handle your shipping...however, if you are shipping to the greater DC area, ensure they don't select Overnight Auto Transport to ship your car!

Matt, thank you for the 5 star review and for your understanding of the business. I made every attempt to update with the delivery of your car but with no contact from the diver. Im glad you received it without further problems. Kathy~
