I called Magic Carpet on a Monday to verify an on-line quote then agreed on Tuesday morning by phone to contract with Magic Carpet. I was given a pickup day of Thursday with delivery on following Monday on a SUV going from Kansas City to Scottsdale. The actual pickup was Wednesday night and actual delivery was Sunday night. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Magic Carpet and it's representative Trevon. He called several times and kept me fully informed as to the status of my transport. An additional kudo goes to Allan the truck driver for JR Transport. Very polite and committed to customer satisfaction as Trevon was.
