In February of 2008 we had Magic Carpet transport company ship a vehicle from Colorado to South Carolina. We were very pleased with the service we received.
In November of 2009 we needed another vehicle shipped from Glenwood Springs to Saratoga Springs, New York. We contacted Stephanie with Magic Carpet and was treated very professionally and all of our concerns were addressed. We needed the vehicle transported as soon as possible. Within five days, the vehicle was on a truck and headed to New York.
The experience with Magic Carpet could not have been any better. We first contacted them for a price quote, which was the lowest we found. Stephanie wrote up the contract and was very helpful through the process of finding a truck. We received a phone call from her once the vehicle was on the truck, checking to see if the pick up had gone well.
The driver was on time and very professional. He went over all the details with us. The vehicle was delivered on time and we were kept up to date as to its delivery.
I would definitely use Magic Carpet again and will recommend them to anyone needing to transport a vehicle.
