1. Pick-Up:
Driver was late by a day and did not contact me the day before as I was told. I called the company in the morning of the pick-up date to find out about the status, and I was told of a time later today the driver would be here. I waited till that scheduled time, but the driver was no show, I called the company again but the primary contact was not able to give me the current status. 2-3 hours after the original scheduled time, the driver finally contacted me and scheduled the next day for pick-up. My vehicle was picked-up on time the next day.

2. Delivery:
The vehicle arrived 1 day eariler than the scheduled date in good conditions. The drivers are friendly and polite.
