Nicole was very helpful and patient. Our son had to contact her because his rep had gone on their hunting trip and he would have to be there. It was all worked out smoothly. Nicole followed up her e-mails to us with phone calls to make sure we had recieved the information and didn't have any questions. Having driven to and from Washington with my son the cost was cheaper to have the truck transported than fly out there and drive the vehicle back. Iwould use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again and would recommend them to others.
