Magic carpets reputation holds true. They are friendly, very responsive and interactive in the process. We had an issue with the transport company and I've been told that Magic carpet no longer will be using them. Overall, nicole and the people at magic carpet are thorough and very involved in the process. Make sure to ask who the transport company will be up front and do some research on them also would be my only advice. I had a bit of a run of bad luck, but I'd definitely recommend using Magic carpet and ask for Nicole.
