Crystal was extremely helpful in setting up my contract and answering my many questions. I had a definitive deadline to meet in order to get my car shipped out on time and Crystal and Nichole were very attentive to my needs and kept in touch with me as the pickup date drew near. Once an auto transporter was found, they both followed up with me to make sure that the auto transporter had contacted me ahead of time and then confirmed the pickup went smoothly after he arrived. My car arrived a day earlier than projected and the shipper was extremely accommodating about arranging the drop off of my vehicle around my work schedule. It arrived without any scratches and was only slightly dirtier than when it left. Overall it was an extremely positive experience and I would highly recommend Magic Carpet Transport, as well as their shipper Mark and Marti's Auto Transport.
