I never received updates or relavent information from the customer service people at Magic Auto. I was assigned to someone that was not in the office, I did not have that a lot of confidence when I was first told that my car was loaded on the truck and on its way to Califorina. When I received this e-mail my car was on the freeway with my son behind the wheel. I called to let Magic Auto know, and they were not aware the car had really not been picked up yet. It all worked out, but I would have liked being contacted and informed of what was going on. The transporter was very good, and efficient and kept me informed of what was going on.
