the office was excellent in keeping a realistic set of expectations and being available when we had question. The carrier was courteous and very professional. He got stuck in bad traffic in Massachusetts around Ted Kennedy's death and so was late in getting to us. The vehicle was delivered in good shape. based on this experience we would use magic carpet again.
