Kathy at Magic Carpet Auto Transport was great. She educated me on the car transport industry and was professional in all aspects of our business transaction. She went out of her way to make sure that we got my car from Montana from Illinois in a timely fashion. The correspondence via email and over the phone was top-notch. The rate for the service was very competitive. The driver that was hired was great too! We communicated several times during his route and he was right on time with the delivery!
