First time doing this and it was coast to coast, Savannah GA to LA. Both the broker and the truck driver were excellent, kept us informed of what was going on and were very honest: we inadvertently left a wallet in the car during the transport- we contacted the driver via cell, he stopped the truck and found it in the car, and kept it safe throughout the trip. We gave him a nice tip, but it could have been a nightmare with less honest individuals. A minor glitch: the driver thought he'd get paid in full at the beginning of the trip vice at the end, so we settled with giving him a portion of the fee up front and the remainder COD as promised. He arrived 3 days early in CA. We'd use Magic Carpet again. Great service!
