Nicole at Magic Carpet was very knowledgeable and help us throughout the process. We were shipping our car in a very busy season and had difficulty locating a transport. It would required an additional cost which Magic Carpet quickly offered to split the difference with us. This was unexpected but felt they truly did the best they could. We were working on the problem as partners. The transport was professional and very considerate. Car arrived in perfect condition.
