It's not like everyone would ship a car everyday. I've communicated with another carrier. Indeed, they were able to reduce the price down to $800, which is a great deal for a 5-star reviewed carrier. However, the representative was not very friendly. He was not vary patient to expain all the process to me. On the other hand, Magic Carpet was very helpful. Initially, the price quoted was higher than 850. Nonetheless, they were willing to match the price from elsewhere at $850. Also, Cathy was very helpful in terms of explaining what do I have to do. Indeed, bad things can happen. There were couple hiccups along the way. What I like about Magic Carpet is that they would face the problem, and there for me when I had question. One thing tho i do like them to improve is that the car was delivered one day late. I would expect them to be pro-active to tell me the problem, instead of me calling every day. But, bottom line, they are very helpful, and willingness to explain and guide me thru the process I never experienced. Go for 'em!
